With over ten years of experience in hosting weddings at our beautiful venue, you can simply relax in knowing that the exchanging of your vows in this magical environment, will run smoothly from beginning to end. Rest assured that your partnership with The Owl’s Nest will yield an extraordinary, relaxed and memorable occasion. The charming non-denominational chapel and stunning banquet hall can accomodate up to 180 guests. Both the chapel and banquet hall can easily be transformed to cater for smaller more intimate groups.
The chapel has a warm intimate atmosphere enhanced by its wooden pews and timber rafters to add to the romantic ambience of exchanging of your vows. At The Owl’s Nest we strive to nurture and fulfill our client’s dreams at every possible level. Your wedding day is one of the most joyous and memorable days of your life.
While you are having your photographs taken, we’ll serve welcome drinks to your special guests in the bushveld boma, which has a breathtaking view over the valley, or alternatively choose to enjoy drinks on the wooden deck under the canopy of indigenous trees. The professionalism and expertise of all at The Owl’s Nest, will make the planning process as much a pleasure as your dream day.
To continue your special celebration, we offer a culinary feast in the form of a buffet, of your choice, promising to please the most discerning palette, after which you can dance the night away on our sprung dance floor. A covered verandah surrounding the banquet hall, leads to a magical, enchanting, lantern lit, garden. The Owl’s Nest also now offers overnight accommodation for your family, and friends from afar. As a gift to the bride and groom, The Owl’s Nest offers a night in their newly furbished bridal suite. The final touch to a perfect day! AND – that’s not all! Breakfast the next morning is included in the gift, either a health breakfast served in the suite, or a full hot breakfast served at the venue, with your friends.
